Rollup Override Record

When you click a folder in the left pane of CCH Tagetik Supply Chain Planning, a Rollup Override record is dynamically generated. These are pre-configured by a system integrator. Rollup Override records provide a quick rollup report type at any level in your hierarchy, which displays a rollup of all of the historical data as well as the forecast of all child records. You can also apply overrides to push down to the child records.

Rollup Override records contain the following sections:

• Name

Corresponds to the level (folder) you have selected in the hierarchy. - Analysis Section

Only the Year Over Year option is available in Rollup Override records - Rollup Override section

Rollup Override section

The Rollup Override section of the record lists each child record. You can open any child record by clicking the record name.

To apply an override in a Rollup Override record

1. In the Rollup section, in the Overrides row, type a value in the month you want to change and press Enter.
2. To clear all overrides applied to the children of the record (listed in the Rollup table), click Clear Overrides.

Warning: This action removes any override applied to child records, whether the override was applied within the record or was pushed down from a Rollup Override record. 3. In the Rationale text box, type a reason for the override.

The Rationale displays on all child records to which you applied the override. 4. When you are finished, click Apply Overrides at the top of the record to allocate your changes to the child records.
