About Record Status

The Mod column that displays in the Grid view of the Record List shows different values for records depending on the status of the record and the permissions of the user account viewing them.

Mod values have the following definitions:

Record Status

Value	Description
S	You have modified the record, but you have not saved it to the database. See Save Changes to Records.
C	The record has been modified, but you cannot save it to the database because you are not the owner. If you have made changes to the record, make a proposal within the record for the record owner to consider your changes. Otherwise, your changes are not saved or incorporated into the record.
P	The record has a pending proposal. A proposal is a modification of a record by a non-owner that the owner of the record can accept or reject. See Propose Changes to a Record.
E	The record has expired. The owner of the record must update or re-confirm the record.
H	The record is hidden. If a record is hidden, only the record Owner and Administrator see it in the main listing. See Hide Records.
