Using the Search Feature

Full Text Search:

You can type any word or phrase: the system will search throughout the manual content. It doesn't matter if you use uppercase or lowercase letters, and you will also find variations of the word (for example, searching for “run” will also find “running” or “runner”).

If you want to find an exact phrase, enclose it in quotation marks. For example, typing "Friendly Dog" will only find pages that contain exactly that phrase.

Boolean Operators:

You can combine multiple words using operators like AND, OR, NOT, and NEAR. For example, typing "cat AND dog" will only find pages that contain both words.

Wildcard Search (Asterisk *):

Use the asterisk (*) to search for words that follow a certain pattern. For example, typing *ppy will find words like “puppy” and “happy”. It is not possible to combine the asterisk with other symbols in the results of some searches, such as "*.doc".

If you don't know the full word, you can search for just part of it (e.g., "cond" to find "condition" or "second"). Partial search requires at least 3 characters.
