Roll Up Record

Roll Up records add the historical data and forecasts of child records to give you an overall history and forecast of an item. This is useful when reviewing all information for a specific item you want to track at the regional level in CCH Tagetik Supply Chain Planning (for example, SKU100 NA + SKU100 EMEA + SKU100 APAC + SKU100 LATAM).

Roll Up records can contain some or all of the following sections:

To configure a Roll Up record

1. In the record properties section, set the properties you want to match the records to include in the roll up.

When CCH Tagetik Supply Chain Planning is configured, certain properties are assigned as top-down filters for use in parent records (examples include Division, Family, or Item properties). Any records that match these properties are automatically included in parent records (in this case, a Roll Up record).

The Roll Up section shows the overall history and forecast for the child records. 2. In the upper-right of the screen, click OK. 3. To save your changes to the database, on the menu, click Save All Changes.
