| Original and Consolidation | Copies original and consolidation scenarios. |
| Only Original | Copies between original scenarios. |

| Copy From | |
| Original scenario | Only for Original and Consolidation and Only Original. Source scenario |
| Consolidation scenario | Only for Original and Consolidation and Only Consolidation. Source consolidation scenario from among those linked to the selected original period scenario. |
| Period | Source period(s). If the scenario in Copy From is the same as the scenario in Copy to, the period must be specified and different; a period/scenario cannot be copied onto itself. If the period is not specified or several periods are selected, the copy is performed from a period onto itself. |
| Copy to | |
| Original scenario | Only for Original and Consolidation and Only Original. Target scenario. This is pre-completed with the scenario selected from the process cockpit. See Cockpits: common elements. |
| Consolidation scenario | Only for Original and Consolidation and Only Consolidation. Target consolidation scenario. The user can choose from among all consolidation scenarios belonging to the selected original scenario/period (for “Original and Consolidation”) or all consolidations scenarios belonging to the selected process (for “Only Consolidation”). |
| Period | Target period. This is pre-completed with the period selected from the process cockpit. To be set when the scenarios in Copy From and Copy to are the same. If they are, they must be different from the source period. Do not set this in the following cases: - The Period field in Copy From is not set. - Several source periods have been selected. |
| Data filters | |
| Account | Account on which to filter the source data. This can be defined by indicating individual accounts or a node of a hierarchy defined on the account dimension. |
| Category | Category on which to filter the source data. This can be defined by indicating individual categories or a node of group of categories. |
| Advanced options | |
| Keep user upd and date upd | If selected, this reports the user and date of the source data on the copied data. If not selected, it reports the code of the user who ran the copy and the date/time at which the copy was performed. |
| Copy data model for scenario/period | If selected, the system also copies tables containing information that depends on the scenario/period. Before performing the copy, the system deletes any pre-existing data from the target scenario/period. The origin of the copied data is the one present on the source data. |
| Copy the submission status | Only for Original and Consolidation and Only Original. Copies tables containing submission information. |
