Purpose of window¶
This window allows you to analyse changes to net equity and the annual results for each entity of a given consolidation area.
Available options
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Consolidation Areas | Allows you to choose the consolidation area belonging to the process from among those visible to the user. |
| Category node | Optional. Allows you to choose the node of categories according to which the displayed data should be filtered. |
| Type | Display mode for the consolidation journals in the report: - Aggregated and Consolidated: the report shows the entity data (amounts and adjustments by entity) before the total of all entities. The total is equal to the aggregated figure. After the aggregated figure, the system shows all the consolidation journals and a grand total showing the consolidated figure. - Contribution: With the “Contribution” option enabled consolidation journals are attributed in part to the various entities for which entries have been made in the same rows. |
| Show journal number | If selected, the report shows the individual changes, with journal numbers. It also allows you to open a window from the report to view details of the entire journal. If not selected, the report shows changes grouped by category. |
Buttons on the page

| Apply | Generates the report according to the settings. |
| Downloads the report in PDF format with data relating to the selected run parameters. Note: it may take several minutes to generate reports in PDF format. | |
| Downloads the report in Excel format with data relating to the run parameters selected the last time the Apply button was pressed in the application. |
