Actions

Element	Description
Diagnostics	Allows you to run diagnostics, filtering the main dimensions (e.g. consolidation scenario, steps, amount types). Diagnostics can be run on both the selected consolidator nodes and the entities/contributor nodes themselves. See .
Consolidation Data Processing	Allows you to run consolidation data processing on the selected nodes and node entities. Note: selecting the highest-level consolidation node is not equivalent to processing all entities. For example, for data processing by counterparty, only entities directly belonging to the node and entities in pairs of entities belonging to different consolidation nodes will be generated. To process all entities, you must select all consolidation nodes. See Consolidation Data Processing.
Process reports	Allows you to generate reports on data, entities and process configuration. See Process reports.

Consolidation Data Processing

Element	Description
Standard	Opens a window showing the elements for which data have been edited and allows you to run data processing on these data.
Custom	Runs data processing enabled for the process, making it possible to select the original and consolidation scenarios to process and decide the type of data processing to run (entity, group, area).

Process reports

Element	Description
Journals book	Extracts a report with all journals entered on the selected nodes and on entities belonging to the selected nodes. See Journals book window (consolidator).
Ad-hoc analysis	Runs the data analysis via drill down onto the CCH Tagetik dimensions. See .
FX rate difference reserves analysis	Analyses variations in and the effects of the FX rate difference reserve in relation to the opening financial year (historic FX rate, annual net result, intercompany entries, other accounts not at the final FX rate and FX rate difference).
Financial investments - Net equity analysis	Summarises the data for financial investments, net equity, consolidation eliminations for financial investments/net equity, minority shareholdings and net equity reclassification (NER) of entities belonging to the selected consolidation scenario/period.
Net Result and Reserves Group Evolution analysis	Allows you to analyse changes to net equity and annual net result for each entity belonging to a given consolidation area. See Net Result and Reserves Group Evolution analysis window.
Pick-up check report	Only visible if Equity pick-up data processing on entities is active in the process. Allows you to control the effect generated by Equity pick-up data processing on entities. For every direct investment relationship, the report compares the value of the owner entity’s financial investment with the net equity of the owned entity, inclusive of pick-up journals, and calculates the difference.
Pick-up query	Only visible if Equity pick-up data processing on entities is active in the process. Allows you to analyse in detail the pick-up journals generated by the Equity pick-up data processing on entities. The report is only available if Generate detailed information for the pick up query has been selected in the pick-up rules for the Equity pick-up data processing. Change consolidation scope report	Extracts a report on variations in the consolidation area. The report shows the consolidation rules and entities for the two selected scenarios. The run window asks you to select a consolidation scenario/period and decide whether you want to compare it with the carry forward scenario or a specific scenario/period. The report can be displayed in full view mode or show the differences only.
Consolidation area scope	This shows the deployed consolidation area tables, with all information on the entities included in it (divided into line-by-line and at equity) for consolidators that are not administrators and cannot view them from the process configuration.
Entity/Classifier Relationships	Only visible if financial investment reclassification data processing is enabled in the process. Shows the Entity/Reclassification variable relationships for consolidation scenarios belonging to the process.
