Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to run an analysis of the data, or extract numerical data of the financial model from the database and analyse it in the interface, using a pivot table, or in Excel, by downloading an XLSX file.

| Element | Description |

| Drill down parameters (or ad-hoc analysis filters) | Allows you to define the data on which to run the ad-hoc analysis. Every row identifies a dimension/hierarchy on which to filter the data. |
| Data processing management buttons | These allow you to view data from the analysis and/or download them in an XLSX file. |
Details of the drill down parameters table

| Adds a row. | |
| Deletes a row. | |
| Size | Allows you to select an element or hierarchy node of a dimension. Note: for accounts, it is also possible to filter by control group, financial statement template or form. |
| Filters | Allows you to define the values to be included in the analysis through search operators. - =: selects a specific element or node of the dimension. - like: selects all records for which the code is similar to the search term. |
| Detail | - Active: analytical data up to the highest level of detail is reported for every extracted element. - Not active: the analysed elements are filtered based on the requirement set in Filters and aggregated, without showing the details, at the level of the individual element. |
| Display mode | Only with Detail selected. Allows you to specify how the analysed elements are displayed. - Code - Description - Code and description |
Data processing management buttons

| Next | Closes the window and displays the data from the analysis in a pivot table. |
| Download | Downloads an XLSX file containing the analysed data. In the file, the Pivot table spreadsheet shows details of the analysed data in a pivot table, the data spreadsheet shows the list of the analysed data in a table. |
