Purpose of the page

This page allows you to define an execution plan to relate a routine to the scenario/period/entity dimensions. See .

Attributes tab

Field Description
Action Allows you to include or exclude the scenario/period/entity when running the selected jobs/routines.
Original scenarios/periods Allows you to indicate original scenarios/periods on which to run the data processing, from among those associated with the process. This is the scenario on which the data will be processed. - Selected: allows you to select the desired original scenarios/periods. - All: includes all original scenarios/periods associated with the process.
Entity Code and description of the desired entity/node from among the available non-time-dependant entity hierarchies.
Job or Routine Allows you to select the routine from among those defined in Data Processing > Allocations & Closing > Routine, or a job that groups several routines together.
Period length Period length that the system uses for periodic-type data processing rules
Advanced setup Only with Jobs selected. Allows you to set period length and configuration scenarios for individual routines.
Reference scenario for driver
Selection Scenario from which the system takes the allocation driver on which basis to perform the allocation. - Fixed: the scenario for the allocation driver is established on configuration; in this case the scenario must be specified. - Parametric: a scenario that can be navigated by the allocation driver will be used.
Fixed scenario Only with Fixed selected. Desired fixed scenario.
Navigable scenario Only with Parametric selected. Allows you to calculate the desired navigable scenario. See Navigable scenario options.
Target Scenario
Selection Used for “Target Matching” routines. This is the scenario from which the system reads data to be written on the scenario to be processed - Fixed: target scenario - Parametric: navigable target scenario
Fixed scenario Only with Fixed selected. Desired fixed scenario.
Navigable scenario Only with Parametric selected. Desired navigable scenario. See Navigable scenario options.
Scenario for "ratio %" calculation
Selection Reference scenario for calculating the ratio percentage values for data processing for calculated target matching. This is the scenario on which the percentage is calculated and on which the system reads data to be written on the scenario to be processed for calculated target matching. - Fixed: scenario for the ratio % calculation - Parametric: scenario for the navigable ratio % calculation
Fixed scenario Only with Fixed selected. Desired fixed scenario.
Navigable scenario Only with Parametric selected. Desired navigable scenario. See Navigable scenario options.
Actual scenario for fast closing
Selection Scenario on which the system reads data to be written on the scenario to be processed for “Target Matching” with fast closing. - Fixed: scenario for the fast closing calculation - Parametric: navigable scenario for the fast closing calculation
Fixed scenario Only with Fixed selected. Desired fixed scenario.
Navigable scenario Only with Parametric selected. Desired navigable scenario. See Navigable scenario options.

Navigable scenario options

Option Description
PREV The reference scenario for the driver is the one prior to the processed scenario.
NEXT The reference scenario for the driver is the one after the processed scenario.
REF1...REF5 The reference scenario for the driver is reference scenario 1...5 related to the processed scenario.
