Introduction to data processing
What is data processing¶
In CCH Tagetik, there is data processing that can be run transversally within the application. Specific executions for the process can be obtained by changing the requirements and rules of the data processing associated with the process itself.
In the process settings, data processing defines the data processing to be carried out on the process, the requirements and any override rules. The starting point is the data processing that has already been set CCH Tagetik.
Function¶
Setting data processing allows you to define the data processing to be associated with the process and change the relative requirements. In particular, it gives access to the configuration page for the requirements related to the following data processing:
- ETL
- Carry Forward
- Calculation Logics
- Validations
- Balancing
- Consolidated
- Allocations & Closing
- Cash flow planning
- Taxes
- Other data processing
- Send mail
- Taxes
- Other
- Snapshot
These pages show the general rules for the data processing operations defined in CCH Tagetik, and allow you to change them (“override them”), for the specific process only.
