Buttons appearing on both cockpits

Button	Description
	Allows you to access the contributor or consolidator cockpit.
	Allows you to insert notes and/or attachments. : notes and/or attachments present
	Creates a page bookmark that can be added to the Favorites section of the home page. : bookmark already created
	Manage cockpit display preferences (e.g. visibility and width of columns, minimised areas of the display). The following actions are available: - Save preferences - Restore preferences Preferences remain valid for subsequent log-ins. : preferences already set.
	Close the cockpit and return to the previous page.
