Working in the Summary and tabs

Filter entities in the hierarchy

  1. In Nodes, click and select the rule to filter.
  2. Enter the word by which to filter and click : the search result will appear in Consolidator nodes.

Select several nodes

Application database > Processes tile > select process > Consolidator > select step tab

Application database > Navbar > Processes > select process > Consolidator > select step tab

Note: to activate multiple selection, by clicking on .

To select several nodes simultaneously.

  1. Select the desired nodes simultaneously by pressing the CONTROL key. The Multiple entity values (...) section will appear, containing only buttons related to activities concerning several nodes (e.g. the simultaneous submission of three nodes).

The section displays the following:

  • the code and description of the selected nodes, visible when you move the cursor over the section header
  • the latest of the deadlines for submission defined in the process for the selected nodes
  • the remaining time until the latest deadline, from today’s date

View the task workflow of a node in a step

  1. In Organisation, select the desired node: the relative task workflow will appear in Workflow.
  2. To change the display mode, select (list) or (graph).

View details of the last change to an activity

Move the cursor over the desired activity: a tooltip will appear with the date of the last change made to the activity and the name of the user who made it. This information is updated whenever the execution of the non-optional task ends without blocking errors or upon execution of Task is Complete or the Set task as not complete.

Run all data processing of grouped activities (chart view)

Click and then on Run: all data processing of the selected grouped activities will run.

Work on an activity from the list (list view)

  1. On the desired activity row, click on the progress icon.
  2. Select the desired item.

Work on node activities in multi-selection mode

Note: to activate multiple selection by clicking on .

  1. Select the desired nodes simultaneously by holding down the CONTROL key: the Multiple entity values (...) section will appear.
  2. In the Multiple entity values (...) section, click Detailed task list: the list of activities of the selected entities will appear.
  3. Do the following:

one activity 1. On the desired activity row, click on the progress icon. 2. Select the desired item.
several activities 1. Select the desired activities simultaneously: the Done, To do and Run selected tasks fields will appear. 2. Select the field related to the desired activity.

Copy data from one scenario

  1. Select the desired type of copy.
  2. Set the fields as desired.
  3. To start the copy, click Run.

Note:: for the Original and Consolidation and Only Consolidation copies, the system deploys the consolidation area on completion of the copy.

Copy consolidation scenario data onto an original scenario/period

  1. Set the fields as desired.
  2. To start the copy, click Run.

Lock or unlock data of a scenario/step

  1. Select one or several nodes to consolidate.
  2. In Actions click Utility.
  3. Do the following:

Summary 1. Select Lock data or Unlock data according on the activity you want to run. 2. Set the fields as desired. 3. Click Run.
Select Lock data or Unlock data depending on the activity you want to run: the action will be performed automatically.

Schedule the copying of amounts and journals

Application database > Data processing > Jobs

Application database > Navbar > Processes > select process > Consolidator > select step tab

  1. Click on the desired job.
  2. Click , then on Show graph and Edit.
  3. Click Other activities.
  4. Drag the Copy amounts and journals activity onto the work panel: the Task window will appear.
  5. Set the fields as desired, then click OK.
