Purpose of the page

This page allows you to match a step or steps of the process (in case of multi-step process) with jobs to be launched at the time of certification or decertification of that step.

Example

It is possible to provide for the launch of an ETL that populates the project registry once a new project is approved.

Note: Any jobs are run only when companies are certified or decertified.

Page fields

Element	Description
Step	Defines the process step with which to associate the job.
Submit Job	Defines the job to be run on submission of the step.
Reject Job	Defines the job to be run on rejection of the step.

IMPORTANT in the case of simultaneous certification of multiple phases, the job is executed only if it has been matched to the last phase being certified. In the case of matching to a previous phase, certification stops on the phase to which the job was matched, signaling that the job cannot be executed.
