Purpose of the page

This page allows you to customise, for the specific process being set up, some settings of the generic rules for financial investment reclassification.

The purpose of the financial investment reclassification rule is to reclassify financial investment accounts on the FS data and on the relative eliminations, depending on the consolidation type of the owned entity in the various consolidation scenarios. To identify the correct consolidation scenario, it uses the prefix for financial investment reclassification journals related to the scenario in the Exceptions section of the consolidation area definition.

Page fields

Field	Description
Accounts	Opens the Account page to select the accounts to be used to reclassify financial investments.
Categories	Opens the Categories page to relate the categories used in the journals with the financial investment reclassification categories.
Account classifier code	Allows you to specify the account classifier to be used to identify the consolidated scenarios on which the reclassification should be reported. The system obtains the classifier to be applied on the basis of the scenario/period/entity/classifier relationships created on the consolidation area in the consolidation area definition.
