Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to define the consolidation scope of the consolidation scenarios related to the selected process.
Buttons and/or links on the page

| Ownership structure register | Opens a page to manage the ownership structure. |
| Opens the Periods page to configure the periods of the selected scenario when the page opens. |
Attributes tab

| Code | Unique identification code of the consolidation scenario. Mandatory field. Note: if you want to create a consolidation scenario here, the generic rules for codes in CCH Tagetik are valid. See . |
| Description | Description of the consolidation scenario |
| Version description | Free description of the version to which the scenario relates. Only used by reporting. |
| Year | Year to which the scenario relates. Only used by reporting. |
| Active | Indicates whether or not the scenario must be shown in the selection list of scenarios present in different windows of the system. Does not affect the locking of data. |

| Original scenario | Original scenario that feeds the consolidation scenario |
| Holding | The holding company in the consolidation |
| Currency | Currency in which the consolidation must be generated. This may be different from that of the holding company. In this case, the holding company will also be subject to the conversion process. |

| Previous scenario | Scenario used: - by the system, to know where it should restore from - by reporting, to compare data present in the current scenario with data in the indicated previous scenario. It must be different from the current scenario code. |
| Following scenario | Following scenario with which to compare the data in the selected scenario. It must be different from the scenario code. |
| Reference scenario 1 | Scenario that can be used by reporting to specify, for example, the budget data or forecast data relating to actual data. Note: an original scenario can only have an original scenario as its reference, previous or following scenario. A consolidation scenario can only have a consolidation scenario as its reference scenario. |

| Exceptions | |
| Category filter | Filters the data categories with which to feed the consolidation scenario via a node of the categories grouping. |
| Account filter | Filters the data categories with which to feed the consolidation scenario via an account hierarchy node. If there is a filter account, the system only runs accounts that belong to the filter on the consolidation scenarios. This is also the case if it finds amounts defined on the original scenario. This functionality only appears in the in memory consolidation engine. |
| Ref. FX rate scenario | Forces the system to read the changes from an original scenario other than the one linked to the consolidation scenario being used. |
| Financial investments reclass. adj. prefix | Prefix to compose the journal numbers of the journals generated by the financial investment reclassification. To make sure the same header is generated each year, enter the same prefix of the source consolidation scenario/period. For the reclassification of financial investments, CCH Tagetik only processes consolidation scenarios from among those associated with a certain original scenario with this option active. This field overrides the same setting in the consolidated scenarios table. |
