Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to customise the requirements of Import financial investments data on the Ownership structure register for the selected process.

| Period length | Period length defined on original scenario/period. 1 indicates a monthly duration, 12 indicates an annual duration, etc. |
| Length of import data period | The processing of import financial investments data on the Ownership structure register is periodic. Thus, it is crucial to indicate the period length for import on scenarios/periods of the process. The default value is ‘Do not run’ In the data processing tree, the Requirements icon will appear in red if all the process scenarios/periods have the value 'Do not run’. The length of the import data period must be entered for the scenarios/periods from which you want to read the contributor data of the financial investments to import on the Ownership structure register. The data processing can be run only for periods with a 'import data period length’ field different from 'Do not run'. The length of the import data period is used to determine the previous period in calculating the periodic amount. To calculate the periodic value, enter the number of periods between the selected period and the previous period in which the import financial investments data is being run. Locked or archived scenarios/periods cannot be edited. |
