Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to view all the existing accounts and to insert new ones, defining all the relative characteristics.

| This filters the data shown on the page. | |
| This adds a row in order to insert a new account. | |
| This duplicates an account with the same characteristics as the one selected, with the exception of the code. | |
| Deletes the element contained in the selected row. | |
| This enables/disables the grid modify function. This allows you to change the characteristics of the selected elements directly in the table and to hide the configuration tabs. | |
| Enables multi-row selection to allow mass changes. | |
| Selects the columns to be shown/hidden in the table and those to be locked when scrolling the table. | |
| Exports data in Excel format. This file cannot be re-imported into CCH Tagetik. | |
| Exports the data in Excel format so they can be edited and reimported into CCH Tagetik. | |
| Imports data from a previously prepared Excel file. | |
| This shows different ancillary functions. For example, it allows you to access the Recode function and to change the code related to an account. | |
| This sets the parameters to generate Excel reports. Restrictions on custom dimensions report: this generates reports on the restrictions applicable to the different accounts. Report: this generates reports on the different types of accounts. | |
| This shows a number of functions that can be run on the selected accounts. Create Variations: this creates variation accounts to be related to the normal account selected, using the chosen Var. - Det. node. Create Details: this creates a variation account to be related to the normal account selected. Relate as similar account: this creates a new account, inheriting a number of characteristics from an existing account. |
