View process metrics

  1. In the performance types section, click Performance for process.
  2. In Filters click Step selection and choose All the steps: the average of the metrics calculated on all steps of the process will appear in the Performance for process section.

View the metrics of a step

  1. In the performance types section, click Performance for process.
  2. In Filters click Step selection and choose the desired step: the step metrics will appear in the Performance for process section.

Compare the process with another process

  1. In the performance types section, click Performance for process.
  2. In Filters click Step selection and choose All the steps.
  3. Click Compare process: the list of processes with which a comparison can be run will be displayed.
  4. (Optional) To view non-active processes too, click Include not active.
  5. Choose the desired process: the metrics calculated for the process in question, the metrics for the compared process, the differences between the averages of the two processes and an indication of whether the calculated differences are higher, lower or the same as the metrics of the process in question will appear in the Performance for process section.

View process metrics by entity

  1. In the performance types section, click Performance for Entity.
  2. In Filters click Step selection and choose All the steps.
  3. Click Select Metric, then choose the desired metric.
  4. In the list of entities, click on the desired entity: the metric calculated for the selected entity on all steps of the process will appear in the Performance for Entity section.
  5. (Optional) Click on the entity’s progress bar to view details of the metrics available for the entity.

View metrics of a step by entity

  1. In the performance types section, click Performance for Entity.
  2. In Filters click Step selection and choose the desired step.
  3. Click Select Metric, then choose the desired metric.
  4. In the list of entities, click on the parent node: the metric calculated for all the process’s entities on the selected step will appear in the Performance for Entity section.
  5. (Optional) To view details of the metrics available for the entity, click on the entity’s progress bar.

View metrics for entity nodes

  1. In the performance types section, click Performance for Entity.
  2. In Filters click Step selection and choose the desired steps.
  3. Click Select Metric, then choose the desired metric.
  4. In Entity - Deploy, select the level of child entities to display for the desired node.
  5. (Optional) To view entities that have run submission late, select On time submission.
  6. In the list of entities, click on the desired node: the metric calculated on the step or steps selected for the node and any levels of child entities will appear in the Performance for Entity section.
  7. (Optional) To view details of the available metrics, click on the progress bar if the node or entity.
