Performance Dashboard

What is it for

The Performance Dashboard tab on the contributor cockpit allows you to view metrics, namely the following statistical data on submission activities:

  • delay days compared to the scheduled submission date
  • days of activity needed for data entry
  • number of rejections carried out before definitive submission

The tab has two views:

  • Performance for process, where it displays average statistical data calculated for all of the process’s submitted entities.
  • Performance for entity, where it displays real data for specific entities or selected nodes.

Data display options

In both views, data can be filtered by individual step, contributor type or mixed contributor/consolidator, or on all steps of the process.

In Performance for entity view, filters can be applied to the entities to display (e.g. level of child entities to display, or only entities that have run submission in time).

In Performance for process view, the metrics of the process in question can be compared with metrics of other processes. In this case, below the average calculated for the process, the following will be displayed:

  • the average calculated for the compared process
  • the difference between the averages of the process and the compared process, with an indication of whether the latter is higher, lower or the same as the average of the reference process.

Note :comparison with metrics from other processes only makes sense if processes having the same business workflow (and thus the same steps) are selected.
