Purpose of the page

This page allows you to add steps to the selected Business Workflow.

Step window fields

Please find below the most important fields.

Field	Description
Description	Description of the step in the application language. If there are several languages, you can add a description for every enabled language.
Step type	- Contributor: step visible on the contributor user’s cockpit with their typical activities. - Consolidator: step visible on the consolidator’s cockpit with their typical activities. - Contributor / Consolidator: step visible on the cockpits of the contributor user and consolidator, with both users’ typical activities (only for Business Workflows by Entity). IMPORTANT: the last option is applied by default when migrating from previous versions. Do not use in a new domain.
Advanced	- Allow Submission only if the previous step is submitted: only allows the entity to be submitted in this step if the previous step has been submitted for all entities of the data collection process (only for Business Workflows by Entity).
Dimension	Dimension that will be used in the submission of the step in the process. It is possible to specify either the Entity dimension or one of the analytical dimensions. . IMPORTANT: only for Business Workflows with "dimension by step" enabled.
