Send email events
List of events that originated the sending of emails¶
The list of events that trigger the sending of emails is provided below:

| Processes with approval workflows | |
| Entity submission | Sends the email when one of the entities is submitted. |
| Submission of the last entity below the Higher entity | Sends the email when the last child entity of a parent node is submitted. The email is sent to all users associated with the parent node. |
| Entity approval | Sends the email when, if there is an approval workflow for the entity, the certification task is run (i.e., when the entity passes to the "in submission" state and the related traffic light in the dashboard turns blue). |
| Reject submitted Entity | Sends the email when an entity changes from Submitted to Rejected. |
| Reject "Submission in progress" entity | Sends the email when an entity changes from In Submission to Rejected (cancelling the Approval step). |
| Journal approval | Sends the email when the journal approval tasks for which an approval workflow is provided are run (i.e., when the journal goes into "in submission" state). |
| "Submitted" journals rejection | Sends the email when a journal is rejected. |
| "Submission in progress" journals rejection | Sends the email when the journal status changes from In Submission to Rejected (cancelling the Approval step). |
| Reminder Before Task Due Date | Reminds the user of the due date by sending a daily reminder to all managers of the element. The reminder starts from the number of days prior to the specified deadline. For traditional processes, see Set deadline window. For processes with dimensions by step, see the Deadline Dates page. |
| Completion: Process task workflows | allows the task managers to be notified via e-mail when the previous task has been completed |
| Reject submitted Analytical Dimension | Sends email when an analytical dimension is rejected. |
| Send Summary Email for Rejected elements | when an element is rejected, it sends a reminder to the submission and approval task managers. |

| Send Summary Email on Task Completion | when a task is completed, a reminder of the next task is sent to the managers |
| Intercompany matching cockpit | |
| IC insertion is Complete | Sends the email when the insertion of the entity’s intercompany entries is declared complete. |
| Carry forward IC insertion | Sends the email upon the carry forward of the insertion of intercompany entries related to an entity for which it had already been declared complete. |
| IC matching | Sends the email when the relationship between the entities is submitted/blocked. |
| Carry forward submitted IC relationship | Sends the email when a relationship between entities that have already been submitted is carried forward. |
| Unlock IC relationship | Sends the email when a previously blocked relationship is carried forward. |
