> Process setup > (Submission and notifications) Deadline dates
Page purpose¶
Using this window, for each step of the process you can define the date by which a task must be completed, and the date for sending the submission reminder.
IMPORTANT: the deadline set in the process cockpit is considered as UTC (server time) and converted into the local time zone based on the user's region set in their profile.
Graph steps¶
Page fields
The page has two tabs: Lowest level elements and Nodes. Unless otherwise specified, the fields are present in both tabs.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Size | Element or node of the dimension selected within the hierarchies of the organisational dimension of the process |
| Task workflow | Task workflow of the selected step. |
| Task | Task for which the deadline is set (operational or submission/approval). |
| Due date | Date by which the task must be completed. |
| Override date | (Only the Lowest level elementstab, and for submission/approval tasks) Allows you to set a different start date for the sending of reminder emails compared to the default date. |
| Reminder Start date | (Only the Lowest level elements tab, and for *submission/approval tasks*) Date from which task managers will start to receive reminder emails |
List steps¶
It also allows you to define, for each task, the managers, namely the users authorised to manage it. This definition can be performed manually or via bulk import/export.
The view is initially populated based on the mapping between element and task of the workflow (paragraph List steps).
