Purpose of window

This page allows you to set the date by which the entity in question must submit the step in question. For single submission processes, the deadline is inserted on the last of the process’s scenarios/periods.

IMPORTANT: the deadline set in the process cockpit is considered as UTC (server time) and converted into the local time zone based on the user's region set in their profile.

Actions in window

Element	Description
Selected element	Shows the entity or node of entities and the step on which to set the deadline.
Deadline	Selects the deadline
Apply to	Only if a node of entities is selected. Determines the levels of the node in question to which to apply the deadline in relation to the step in question: - Current selection: the date is assigned to the node. - Subnodes: the date is assigned to all of the node’s contributor subnodes. - Lowest level elements: the date is assigned to the lowest level elements.
