Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to define the characteristics of the selected process with dimension by step.
Page sections
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Business cycles | Defines the process submission type (single submission, or submission by period/scenario). Period status: - : locked. Data cannot be loaded for that period. - : unlocked. Data can be loaded for that period. |
| Organisation and workflow | The Business Workflow breaks down the process of data collection and calculation into different logical steps. Each logical step is then broken down into activities to be run in a specific order. Activities can be different depending on the dimension. Allows you to define which task workflow to use for each lowest level element and dimension node and to consult the deployed results of that definition. For processes with at least one step By Entity, it allows you to: - manage entity exceptions and browse the deployed results of that definition - map the entity journals by entity/task workflow, and browse the deployed results of that definition |
| Process Data Model | Defines the subset of accounts or accounts/categories on which to collect, submit and process data of the process for each individual step. |
| Submission and Notifications | Defines the submission rules for each step and for the entire process, and manages the notifications of specific events. |
| Financial rules | Section available only if at least one step has been defined by entity. Defines any overrides in managing data entry of amounts and journals. It also allows you to customise the generic parameters of the entity on the original scenarios, and to override the FX rate table of the entity on the process. |
| Data processings | Defines the data processing operations managed by the process and the related logics/rules to apply. Allows you to set overrides and requirements. |

| Manage status | Opens the window to lock or unlock data collection on specific scenarios/periods, and to archive data (Manage status window). |

| Inherit account from form | (Only for Process Data Models by account) Includes in the process the accounts specified in the related forms. |

| - Copy from: allows you to copy the Process Data Model configurations of an existing process onto the same row of the Process Data Model. - Cancel: allows you to cancel the Process Data Model from the process. |
