Purpose of window¶
This window allows you to lock or unlock data collection for specific scenarios/periods and archive or restore data on specific scenarios/periods.
Options in window
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Lock | Lock data collection for the selected scenario/period. |
| Unlock | Unlock data collection for the selected scenario/period. |
| Archive | - For single submission processes, this archives and locks all periods of the process simultaneously. - For submission by scenario/period processes, this locks and archives the data for the selected scenario/period and for the consolidation scenarios/periods associated with it. IMPORTANT: if all process scenarios/periods are archived and locked, the process is also archived and locked. See Archiving process data. |
| Restore | Restores data for the selected scenario/period. Note: restoring does not unlock scenarios/periods. |
| Original scenario/period | Selects the entire original scenario/period structure. |
| Consolidation scenario/period | Selects the entire consolidation scenario/period structure. |
