Purpose of the page

This page shows the list of processes defined in CCH Tagetik; it allows you to configure them and create new ones.

Commands on the page

Element	Description
	Process Control groups: allows you to generate a report in Excel format containing a list of the control groups excluded from the selected process.
	Some actions are available only for traditional processes, not for those with dimension by step. - Process definition: opens a page to configure the selected process. - Clone process: opens a window to create a new process based on the selected process. - Create backup on offline tables: opens a window to archive data on offline tables.
Include not active	Show/hide archived processes.
	Shows the number of changes not yet saved.

Page fields

Please find below the most important fields.

Field	Description
Archived	: the process has been archived and can no longer be defined.
Locked setup	: the modification of one or several of the process’s parameters or logics is locked.
Number of cycles	- Single: submission/rejection takes place at the same time on all scenarios/periods linked to the process. - Scenario/period: submission/rejection takes place by scenario/period.
Business Workflow	Flow of activities associated with the process. This is requested on creating the process and establishes whether the process is traditional or with dimension by step. Only for processes with dimension by step, the Structure field can be used to associate an element of the structure hierarchy to each step.
Origin	Origin of the data. The data may originate from data processing or be entered by a user.
