Introduction

The procedures for managing and modifying processes are listed below.

Change the description of a process

1. Select the desired process.
2. In Attributes, change the process description.
3. Click Save.

Clone a process

1. Select the source process.
2. Select > Clone process: the Clone process window will open.
3. Enter the code and description of the new process.
4. To customise scenarios that have been created, click Also clone Scenarios.

Create backup on offline tables

This procedure can only be run on processes where submission is set to by scenario/period.

1. Select the desired process.
2. Select > Create backup on offline tables: the relative window will open.
3. Click : the Items selection window will open.
4. Select the scenarios/periods of which you want to create a backup and click OK: the corresponding scenario row will appear in the Create backup on offline tables window.
5. Enter a code and description for every scenario.
6. Click Run.

Deploy the process

Application database > Processes tile > select process > > Process setup

Application database > Navbar > Processes & Workflows > Process > select process > > Process definition

Click Deploy: the full deployment of the process will be run.
