Field Description
Action This defines whether to include or exclude the account, or the node of accounts, from the control group.
Account Account or node of accounts to be defined as a Set 2 account.
Variation / Detail type Var. - Det. Type used to define the Set 2 account.
Change sign This indicates that the diagnostic check has to consider the account or node with the accounting sign or opposite sign.
Balancing This account is used to allocate any unbalanced amounts caused by rounding between Set 1 and Set 2 accounts. If none are selected, the system uses the account with the highest amount in absolute terms. Note: A control group may only have one Set 2 account with this function. It is not possible to select a node.
Initial balance The account is to be considered as the initial balance. In this case, the account is filled in automatically. It cannot be a node. Note: A control group may only have one Set 2 account with this setting.
Cancel The account is used to cancel the journal. Note: A control group may only have one Set 2 account with this setting.
Calculation rule The account is used to generate the calculation logic, if there is a “Calculate variation/detail as difference” creation rule for the calculation rule.
FX rate difference The account is used to insert the FX rate differences generated by variations currency conversion.
Var. Area The account is used to insert the amounts originating from the automatic management of variations to the consolidation area.
Initial balance FX rate difference The account is used to insert the FX rate differences generated by the currency conversion of initial balance variations. If the relative parent account is not converted at the historical FX rate.
Merge The account is used to insert the amounts originating from the automatic management of mergers.
Modify % The account is used to insert the amounts originating from the variations to the proportional calculation percentage.
Change to equity method The account is used to insert amounts originating from the change to the equity method and from the equity calculation in the transition from the line-by-line/proportional to the equity method.
IFRS5 The account is used to insert the reclassification amounts from application of IFRS5.
Reclassification for changed account with equity valuation method The account is used if the financial investment account changes and it is necessary to reclassify the initial balance of the equity valuation journal.
