Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to view all the time-dependent relationships between the entities that manage this type of relationship and to define new ones. In particular, it allows you to enable the time-dependent management of companies, relating them to scenarios and specific periods.

| This filters the data shown on the page. | |
| This adds a row in order to relate a company to a scenario and period combination. | |
| This duplicates the selected row with all the information inserted. | |
| Deletes the element contained in the selected row. | |
| This enables/disables the grid modify function. This allows you to change the characteristics of the selected elements directly in the table and to hide the configuration tabs. | |
| Enables multi-row selection to allow mass changes. | |
| Selects the columns to be shown/hidden in the table and those to be locked when scrolling the table. | |
| Exports data in Excel format. This file cannot be re-imported into CCH Tagetik. | |
| Exports the data in Excel format so they can be edited and reimported into CCH Tagetik. | |
| Imports data from a previously prepared Excel file. | |
| This shows the following ancillary functions: - Copies between original scenarios: to copy the values from one original scenario/period to another. - Archive entity data: to move an entity's elements attributes in the offline tables. - Input data for original scenario: to copy the values of a time-dependent entity onto an original scenario. - Input data for consolidation scenario: to copy the values of a time-dependent entity onto a consolidation scenario. |
