Field description

Please find below the most important fields.

Field	Description
Name	Name of the dimension. This may be inserted in any of the languages available.
Time Dependent elements	This enables time-dependent management of the dimension and the relationships between its elements and the reclassification variables.
Multilanguage management	This enables the multi-language management of the description of dimension elements.
Cod.	This sorts the elements included in the reports by code.
Default element	Allows you to define a generic element for the dimension. Until now, in traditional processes, the Entity was always mandatory; this condition does no longer apply in multidimensional processes. In a multidimensional process, when an Entity is omitted, the default element specified here is used. As of today, the definition of the non-mandatory generic element for the entity is used by the reporting in the following cases: - Data entry in a multi-organisation process at a step where the company is not the organisational element - Using a multidimensional form - On a dataset with the Entity dimension - The Entity dimension is omitted in the dataset
Description	This sorts the elements included in the reports by description.
Custom sorting in hierarchies	This allows you to define custom sorting of the nodes and 'child’ elements in the structure of the dimension hierarchies.
Entity management by control types	This allows you to define the financial statement templates depending on the type of entity control.
Custom attributes	Attributes that can be related to the Entity dimension (max. 5).
