Purpose of window¶
This page allows you to edit en masse the deadlines for the submission of a single submission process or steps of the selected scenario/period. If deadlines have not yet been defined on a process, this page allows you to copy the deadline from a scenario/period of a similar process, or a process with the same organisational hierarchy and same business workflow, and to update the deadline based on the copied date. The copied date is the last deadline, in chronological order, defined on the steps of the source scenario.

| Shift current dates | Enables the insertion of a new submission date for all steps of the selected scenario/period. |
| Copy from Scenario/Period and shift | Enables the deadline to be copied from a selected scenario/period to processes with the same organisational hierarchy and business workflow as the process in use. |
| Scenario/period | Scenario/period from which to copy the deadline |
| Last deadline date | Shows the last known deadline date and time for the process or for the steps of the scenario/period. |
| New deadline date | Allows you to set a new deadline date and time for submission of the process or steps of the scenario/period. |
