Introduction

This section allows you to select the data processing to be associated with the process and to change the relative requirements. In particular, it gives access to configuration pages showing the sets of general requirements for the data processing defined in CCH Tagetik, but only changes them in relation to the specific process.

Elements in the section

Element Description
ETL Enables the execution of ETL routines or jobs.
Carry Forward Enables the execution of data processing to carry forward initial balances of BS accounts using variations that bring the previous year’s final balances forward in time.
Calculation Logics Enables account calculation logics on entities, groups or consolidation areas.
Validations Enables validation with diagnostic check or plausibility diagnostics within the process.
Balancing Enables balancing on diagnostics for control groups and on the intercompany capacity check.
Consolidated Enables consolidation data processing.
Allocations & Closing Enables allocation/closing data processing.
Cash Flow Planning Enables Cash Flow Planning data processing.
Taxes Enables tax-related data processing.
Other Enables data processing that is not part of the main modules: monthly splitting based on the account, countervalue calculation, depreciation of assets and dividends.
Send mail Enables the automatic sending of e-mails following pre-determined events (e.g. submission/rejection of an element, completion of a task or an approaching deadline).
Snapshots Enables the creation of snapshot scenarios.

Actions in this section

Element Description
Unlocked Allows you to select and potentially override data processing.
Locked Prevents data processing from being selected or overridden.
Allows you to enter the requirements of the relative data processing. - : incomplete or incorrect requirements - : edited requirements
Allows you to override the rules of the relative data processing and shows their status: - : default rules are currently applied. - : default rules have already been edited by the current user or another user with the necessary rights.
Deploys what has been set in the section.
