Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to set the configuration of the consolidation requirements for the selected process.
Page fields
| Field | Description |

| Consolidation engine | Only if required by the general configuration (see). Consolidation engine to be used. It can be in memory or database. |
| Event Scenario | Original scenario used to define the ownership structure. |
| Group events | |
| Ownership structure register | Opens a window to define group financial investment events. See . |
| Merger events | Opens the mergers window containing all the scenarios/periods, even those not belonging to the selected process. |
| Consolidation Areas | |
| Status | Status for all the consolidation scenarios/periods of the process. - : unlocked - : archived - : locked |

| Ownership structure register | Opens the Ownership structure register page to define group financial investment events. See . |
| Merger events | Opens the Mergers page. Displays all the scenarios/periods, even those not belonging to the selected process. |
| Consolidation Areas | |
| Define Consolidation area | Opens the Define Consolidation area page to define the consolidation scope of the consolidation scenarios related to the selected process. |
| Copy elements to consolidate | Copies the definition of the elements to be consolidated from the consolidation scenario/period to the desired consolidation scenario/period. Note: the definition can also be copied from a consolidation scenario/period not belonging to the process. |
| Manage status | Opens the Manage status window to lock/unlock consolidation scenarios/periods that have not yet been archived. Note: Scenarios/periods stored offline are not displayed. |
| Change in consolidation scope | Opens the Change consolidation scope report window to generate a report on consolidation area changes. This report compares the consolidation criteria and entities of the two selected scenarios. |
| Opens a page to define the elements to be consolidated. |
