Field Description
Categories
Source / Target Category used to do the following: - Filter data when reading initial balance sheets and projected P&Ls. - Write the Forecast BS and the additions to the P&L account (automatic calculation of depreciation, medium-/long-term financial expenses and income and with the management of taxation).
Alternative target category Category used for sub-entities involved in the financial planning process, in such a way that keeps the data generated on the sub-entities separate from the data generated on the entities.
Target category for direct cash flow - Category for cash flows on which the direct cash flow is based
Alternative target category for direct cash flow Category on which to generate alternative cash flows Note: the category appears if the alternative category has been set in the process rules for sections with the Cash Flow option selected.
Asset depreciation on actual and balance Allows the depreciation data processing to also process purchase events with purchase dates prior to the simulation and generate depreciation for the estimate periods.
Calculate cash management for counterparty entity Allows the budget data processing to also consider amounts of counterparty entities during the calculation, in sorting to the active section or the passive section.
Input origins setting Opens the window for managing the input origins to be included for the projected P&L, projected flows and initial balance sheet.
Accounts
Revaluation account for FX rate difference Account in which to enter the revaluation generated by the FX rate difference in the conversion of accounts expressed in any currency other than the one used for the preparation of the financial statements.
Devaluation account for FX rate difference Account in which to enter the depreciation generated by the FX rate difference in the conversion accounts, expressed in any currency other than the one used for the preparation of the financial statements.
Forecast: variation for carry forward For forecast processes and standard balance sheet accounts, the system uses the variation account with the detail type, if defined here, to carry forward the initial balance sheet value, as defined in the last actual period, to all estimate periods of the first year. If it is not specified, the system carries forward the value on the variation account with the higher code and not the initial amount type code.
