Set Business Cycles

Sequence of procedures

To define the business cycles, the following procedures must be followed:

1. Set the scenarios/periods to be inserted into the process

2. In Number of cycles select the desired type of submission and click Save.

3. To select the desired scenarios/periods, click Define Cycles: the Define Cycles window will open.
4. In the Available Scenarios/Periods column, select one or several scenarios/periods.
5. Click or drag the selected items into the Process Scenarios/Periods column.

6. Click Save.

7. Define actions on process scenarios/periods

This procedure allows you to lock, unlock, archive or restore scenarios/periods.

1. Click on the desired action, then select the desired scenarios/periods. and click OK.
2. Repeat step 1 for every action to be defined.
3. Click OK.
