Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to view all hierarchies and modify the relationships.
Attributes tab
Please find below the most important fields.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Reference Entity | Reference Entity for the data processing procedures that work at the node level and need to attribute the data processing result to a specific Entity. In the break-back functionality: the value that is entered on the node is allocated by the system to the reference Entity specified on the node, if it cannot be allocated to the Entities on the node proportionally to the old value; In the calculation of multidimensional formulas: if it is asked to group the result of a calculation by Entities node (or Ctp entities), the system automatically assigns the result of that calculation to the node's reference Entity. If the hierarchy is time-dependent, it must be an Entity associated with the node or a lower-level node. |
| Contributor node type | Indicates the type of the contributor-side node. The possible values are: To approve: means that a division manager will check the completion of data entry and approve its subsequent use. No diagnostics are ever performed on these nodes and the data are approved without the contributor's control. To submit means that there must be a division manager who verifies the completion of data entry and who is also responsible for submitting the data of the Entities in the node; to do so, they may use the diagnostic tool (this type of node is mainly used in consolidation management). None (default value) the node only allows the hierarchical structure to be built. |
| Consolidator node type | Indicates the type of the Consolidator-side node. The possible values are as follows: To consolidate: the node allows sector consolidation, i.e. it is possible to consolidate the set of Child Entities of the node; None (default value) the node only allows the hierarchical structure to be built. |
| Cash flow planning: run as | Indicates the node type for Cash Flow planning. The possible values are as follows: Entity indicates whether the node represents a legal entity. Group indicates whether the node represents a group on which to calculate group VAT, Cash Pooling, etc. Sub-entity indicates whether the node is a sub-Entity on which to perform notional data processing (direct taxes, indirect taxes, financial policy). Do not run (default value). |

IMPORTANT: mandatory fields only if the Hierarchy is of Organization type.
