Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to customise Allocation and Closing data processing for the selected process.
Page fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Traceability | |
| Keep source | Level of detail to be stored in the journals generated by the system. - Detail: tracks and shows all steps taken to generate the allocated data, including the chain of all the latest sources. Note: if selected, it may slow the data processing and generate a trail that is too long for the field. - Last source: only tracks and shows the last step taken to generate the allocated data. Example: rule 001 requires cost centre C01 to be allocated to cost centres C02 and C03, and C02 to be allocated to cost centre C04. In this case, for the allocated data C04, the last data that generated it is shown, i.e. C02. - Disable: does not track the steps taken to generate the data. - From rule: shows all allocation steps that generated the result, except for rules excluded from execution, e.g. excluded routines. Note: if selected, it may slow the data processing and generate a trail that is too long for the field. |
| Store partial result | Stores the data processing history with details of the individual elements involved (e.g. collection of data to be allocated or imposed, drivers). |
| Performance | |
| Manage thousandths | Generates the allocations in the presence of very small amounts that would otherwise be disregarded. Note: if selected, it may slow data processing performance. |
| Bundling | If the routine is run on the entire scenario, then the system runs it once, instead of as many times as there are periods related to the scenario. |
