Purpose of the page

This page allows you to set the requirements for copying data from an original scenario onto snapshot scenarios, and vice versa to restore data from snapshot scenarios to original scenarios.

Page fields

Section	Description
Run by	Defines the time dimension from which to copy snapshot data: - By Process - By Scenario (includes all periods of the indicated scenario) - By Scenario/Period
Dimensions on which to filter	Defines the data to be included in or restored to the snapshot: - Snapshot by entity: snapshot data filtered by entity can be copied/restored; the desired entities can then be selected in the create or restore phase. If the snapshot is not defined by entity, the data processing can only been run if positioned on the root. - Category: snapshot data filtered by one or more category can be copied/restored; the desired categories can then be selected in the create or restore phase. - .: snapshot data filtered by one or more custom dimensions can be copied/restored; the desired custom dimensions can then be selected in the create or restore phase. Note: when this parameter is not defined, if the snapshot is run by the administrator, the data processing automatically copies the FX rates, tax rates and interest rates. When the snapshot is created by the user, that data must be copied manually by the administrator.
