| Decimals | Number of decimals permitted for data entry |
| Preferred | The currency is indicated as the preferred currency. Only one currency can be set as ‘preferred’. |

| Reference currency settings | |
| Reference currency | The currency to use in order to manage data expressed in a different way (e.g. different units of measurement, or a different number of decimal places) |
| Coeff. Reference currency | Transformation coefficient to convert from the currency indicated to the reference currency |
| Percentage difference (FX rate check) | Percentage used in diagnostics to check that the FX difference between the amount in the document currency and the amount in the financial statement currency does not exceed a certain percentage |
| XBRL Content | Value to assign to the measure sub-element in order to specify the unit of measurement used for the value of a ‘monetary’ item in the creation of an XBRL instance template |
