Please find below the most important fields.

| Dimensionality | |
| Account | This indicates that FST items are calculated as the sum of the accounts related to them. |
| Control type | Relationships based on the type of control between the reference company and the counterparty company. |
| Custom Dimension | Any dimension used for the calculations of FST items. |
| Multiple relationship | The account can be related to more than one FST item in the same template. |
| Advanced | |
| Exclude from reporting | This excludes this hierarchy from the reporting. This is useful for hierarchies that have only been created to set-up the system and are no longer significant. |
| Override sign for class on the account by FST item | For accounts related to the FST item, this sets the sign for class assigned to the same FST item. |
| Formula type | Formulas that can be used within the template MD Formula: only multi-dimensional formulas Standard Formula: only standard formulas |

| Account type | Types of accounts that can be related to the financial statement template |
| Nature | Nature of the accounts that can be related to the financial statement template |
| Direct cash flow/Indirect cash flow | Specific financial statement templates for direct cash flow and indirect cash flow. Used as an alternative to account type and nature. |
