Cut, Copy and Paste
Whenever you need to move the objects inside the document or from one part of the document to another, you can use the standard button of Microsoft Office or the utilities provided by Tagetik in the "Utility" area of the "Edit structure" ribbon bar. Even though there isn't any difference between the two, we recommend that you use the Tagetk's utilities in case of objects.

To move an object, the user has to:
- select the object to move. To select the object, just click on it highlighting the Blue checkbox and then click on Cut
- place the cursor where you want to move the selected object
- click Paste (the icon will be enabled after selecting the Cut utility)
The same procedure applies when the object must be duplicated by using the Copy icon. Any copied object can be modified and keeps all the properties of its source object. Specifically, if a Reference object is copied from a document and then pasted to another, the pasted object remains linked to the source object, meaning that any modifications made to the bookmark object will affect also the pasted object.
The "Copy/Paste" utility (Collaborative Office utility or standard utility of Microsoft Office) allows you to select one part of text containing also objects in order to paste it to other parts of the document. On the contrary, the "Cut/Copy&Paste" utility of objects or text objects is provided ONLY by the Collaborative Office utilities.
