Batch import window (Import Wizard)

Purpose of window

This window allows you do load one or more ad hoc forms into the CCH Tagetik application database and save them as standard forms.

Options in window

Element	Description
Input folder	Allows you to select the path in the application database indicating the location from which to read the ad hoc forms.
Grouping	Allows you to select the rule according to which forms will be saved in the application database. - Imports all forms in the selected node or the N.A. - Unrelated node of the grouping: all ad hoc forms will be saved under the node selected in the left-hand panel, or the N.A. - Unrelated node, if no specific mode is selected. - Recreates nodes using the folder structure based on the selected node or the N.A. - Unrelated node of the grouping: based on the node selected in the left-hand panel, the system creates the nodes in which it saves the ad hoc forms by copying the folder structure in which the forms to be imported are organised in the file system’s input folder. If no specific node is selected, the new nodes are saved in the N.A. - Unrelated node.
