Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to define the properties of types, or labels that distinguish logical sets of data in a dataset.
Page fields

| Type | Type code. Note: characters with ASCII codes from 33 to 126 are permitted, except for the following: 61, 124, 44, 39, 34, 47, 92, 58, 42, 63, 60 or 62. |
| Description | Description of the type in the languages supported by the system. |

| Deletes the selected type. IMPORTANT: Types which contain data cannot be deleted. |
