Purpose of the page

This page makes it possible to manage form groupings.

Page sections

Element	Description
Switch view	Element/node relationships: opens the Element/node relationships page page. Structure: opens the Form groupings page (Structure view) page.
Report Grouping	Shows the hierarchy of form groupings.
List of groupings and forms	Shows the form groupings and forms.
Attributes tab	Allows you to manage form groupings or individual forms.

Buttons on the page

Element	Description
	Adds a form.
	Adds a grouping.
	Duplicates a form/form grouping.
	Deletes a form/form grouping.

See Forms page.

Code	Define a name for the grouping.
Description	Define a description for the grouping.
Form default relationship	When selected every new form is automatically related to the grouping.
Do not display in data entry and reporting	Allows you to exclude the selected grouping of forms from data entry and reporting jobs. Useful for excluding forms created for configuration purposes only, or obsolete forms.
