Purpose of the page¶
This page allows you to create form nodes. To associate the form with the node, see Element/node relationships page.
Attributes tab
| Element | Description |

| Node | Defines the node code. |
| Description | Defines the node description. |
| Node type | Indicates the node type. - Root: the node is the grouping’s parent node. - Normal: the node is one of the grouping’s nodes. |
| Parent node | Only with Node type set to Normal. Allows you to select the parent node of the current node. |
| Form default relationship | When selected, the system automatically relates every new form to the node. Can be selected on several nodes of the grouping, in which case the form is related to all nodes. |
| Exclude from reporting | Allows you to exclude the node from reporting. Useful for excluding forms created for configuration purposes only, or obsolete forms. |
| Sorting | Allows you to configure the order with which the forms and nodes are displayed in the forms tree. |
