Purpose of the page¶
On this page you can:
- view the list of existing forms in CCH Tagetik
- edit certain parameters and relationships of standard forms
- create and edit transactional forms
Note: new standard forms can only be created from the Excel interface.
Buttons on the page

| (Available for transactional forms only) - Stored Procedures: opens a page to select stored procedures to be run automatically when the form is saved, or run manually. - Usable accounts: opens a page to select the accounts to consider for data entry ("Data only" or "Data and Dimension" forms). | |
| Recode: opens a page to edit the codes associated with the forms. Transactional form dictionaries: opens a page to manage the dictionaries for transactional forms. Form dictionary items: opens a page to manage dictionary items. Data entry locking forms: opens a page to unlock forms for which data entry is locked (see Locked data entry forms page). |

| Validity | (Only when editing a standard form) Allows you to set start and end dates for the form’s validity. |

| Input type | (Only when creating a transactional form) Defines the purpose of the data entry performed within the form. - Data only: the form enters or edits data in the CCH Tagetik application database. - Dimension only: the form enters or removes data in the elements table of a dimension of the CCH Tagetik application database. - Data and Dimension: the form enters or edits data in the application database, or enters or removes data in the elements table of a dimension. |
Details of input properties
Visible for transactional forms only.

| Show user data only | Shows only data entered or edited by the user. |
| Disable editability checks | Disables any editability checks during the data entry step. |
| Disable insertion of records | Disables the insertion of new rows under the last existing row in the data entry step. When selected, the Add button is disabled when the form is run. |
| Disable deletion | Disables the deletion of form rows in the data entry step. When selected, the Delete button is disabled when the form is run. |
| Ignore scenario filter | Allows you to ignore the initial filter on the scenario with which the form was launched in the data entry step. This option is useful when the form is used to insert elements in the elements table, or when data entry is performed on several scenarios simultaneously. When this option is enabled, the Scenarios column must be defined manually in the data entry step. |
| Ignore period filter | Allows you to ignore the initial filter on the period. This option is useful when the form is used to insert elements in the elements table, or when data entry is performed on several periods simultaneously. When this option is enabled, the Period column must be defined manually in the data entry step. |
| Ignore entity filter | Allows you to ignore the initial filter on the entity. This option is useful when the form is used to insert elements in the elements table, or when data entry is performed on several entities simultaneously. In forms used to enter data, when this option is enabled, the Entity column must be defined manually in the data entry step. |
ETL details
This field is only valid for forms created with the utility that exists in the old Flex interface. If enabled on a new form from the current interface, it will not allow you to manually relate an ETL job to the form the this field.

| Enable loading | Manages the automatic transfer of information entered on the form, and saved on the specific FORM_DATI database, on the data tables (DATI_SALDI_LORDI, DATI_SALDI_IC) or the dimension tables (DEST1, DEST2, etc.) of the application database. - Selected: the system will transfer the data on saving the form. - Not selected: the system will not transfer the data. The data can be transferred manually from the ETL module, or via the "run data processing from form" function |
| Jobs | (With Enable loading selected) Allows you to select the ETL job to be used to transfer the data from the form to the application database tables. Note: currently, this can only be used to edit the job on forms which already have one related to them, by choosing another one from the list. |
| Period length | Defines how amounts are saved when transferred to the data tables or dimension tables. - Cumulated - Monthly - Annual - Bimonthly - Quarterly - Four-monthly - Semiannual |
| ETL domain | Encompasses the entire setup that allows the user to define a number of rules for extraction, transformation and loading. |
| Routine | Specific task from among those contained in the ETL environment selected above. A routine can contain one or several Jobs. |

| Lock structure | Locks the form structure so it cannot be edited by the current user or other users. |
