Page purpose

Monitor the process completion rate through a graphical representation of all items submitted before their expiration dates, after their expiration dates, and rejected.

	Performance Dashboard
	Excel Export. Click on the download icon to access the export mode
	Allows you to compare two different processes in order to assess differences in performance and identify potential inefficiencies

Section	Description
	Allows filtering by step the data displayed in the dashboard. All process steps are available.
	Most on Time. Displays the list of items submitted the earliest.
	Most Overdue. Displays the list of items submitted after the deadline.
	Most Rejected. Displays the list of rejected items.
Rejection Reasons	Shows the reasons for rejection for each item
