Purpose of window¶
This page shows in a graph the percentage of elements that are in a certain status (Not started, in progress, rejected, pending approval, waiting for submission, submitted). In particular, it displays a bar for each step:
- grey for activities not started
- yellow for activities in progress
- red for rejected activities
- blue for activities awaiting approval/submission
- green for submitted activities
It also shows the hierarchy tree associated with the selected step on which the user is enabled, and the submission status for each node and lowest level element.
Note: on initial access to the window, you are at the root of the hierarchy of the first step and the tree is expanded to the first level.

| Shows the chart with the percentages of submission activities. | |
| Detailed view. Hides the chart with the percentages of submission activities and shows the global overview of submission statuses filtered by the organisational hierarchy selected by the user. | |
| By clicking on the submission log icon, you can view all operations that have taken place at the node/element level | |
| Click on the Export To Excel button to download a detailed export of the status report for all process dimensions/steps The export is also useful to compare different period scenarios of the same or different processes. | |
| Go to Workflow | Shows the workflow in the process cockpit (Processes with dimension by step cockpit page). |
