Purpose of the tab¶
This tab allows you to create a custom filter based on the measures data of the dataset associated with the form.

| Custom filter conditions definition area | Shows rows for defining the conditions of the filter on the dataset’s measures. |
| Filter management buttons | Allows you to manage filters on measures. |
Fields for defining custom filter conditions
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Measure | Allows you to select a dataset measure. |
| Ask at runtime | Allows you to set, on the measure data, a filter on a fixed value or a value obtained from the definition of a custom parameter when the form is run (see Parameters). |
| Parameter | Only visible with Ask at runtime selected. Shows the list of non-dimensional parameters that are compatible with the selected measure and allows you to select one of them to filter the measure data. Note: parameters are compatible when the data type is the same as the measure type (text, number, date), or, for dictionary-type parameters, when the parameter refers to a dictionary belonging to the same Analytical Workspace as the measure and the measure type is text. |
| Operator | Allows you to select the operator to be applied to the filter. |
| Text box | Only visible with Ask at runtime not selected and when the measure type is text or numeric. Allows you to enter the value of the filter. |
| Date selection box | Only visible with Ask at runtime not selected and when the measure type is date. Allows you to select a date for the filter. |
