Select Source and Target environments

  1. Select Environment and Source Application Database
  2. Select Environment and Target Application Database

Selecting Functional Objects and Deletion Policy

  1. Select categories and functional objects from the source environment
  2. Set the deletion policy via the appropriate command(cancellation policy)
  3. Set up filtering to determine a subset of objects to be transferred between environments Click on the filter button associated with the selected object category. A window will open listing all the items in the category. From there, you can apply filters to the available columns (such as code, description, or other attributes) to select only the desired objects.

Note: Filtering allows only a subset of objects to be transferred from the source environment to the target environment

Launching the objects pre-calculation

  1. select the start calculation command
  2. wait for the calculation of the selected functional objects

Note: You can interrupt the ongoing calculation using the Abort option.

Checking the pre-calculation result

  1. Check the result of the pre-calculation through the detail in the table

  2. Added: the system will add the object to the Target environment

  3. Updated: the system will update the object on the Target environment
  4. Deleted: the system will delete the object on the Target environment

Running the data processing

  1. run the transfer data processing. Once started, the tool will open a window that displays the progress of changes on the Target environment in real time.
  2. wait until the transfer of objects is complete

Note: You can interrupt the data processing using the Abort option.

Checking the data processing result

  1. check the data processing on the Target environment through the detail in the table

  2. Added: The system has added the object to the Target environment

  3. Edited: the system has updated the object on the Target environment
  4. Deleted: the system has removed the object from the Target environment.
